Alejandra Lapique
Founder & CEO
International experience in social protection and local economic development, including her work with the United Nations, where she has supported initiatives connecting institutions, businesses, and communities to create sustainable opportunities. Fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French, she brings that same vision to Nexyo: helping businesses and professionals gain visibility, connect with their local ecosystem, and turn their potential into real growth.
Tao Zanella
Co-founder & CTO
A software developer with more than six years of experience, he specializes in backend systems, cloud architecture, and digital product development. He has worked on building and evolving complex technology platforms, combining product vision, scalability, and user experience. At Nexyo, he leads the technology strategy and turns the needs of businesses and professionals into simple, useful solutions designed to grow.
James “Trae” McVicker III
Co-founder & COO
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure, spanning systems administration, network design, and security architecture. Certified in CompTIA ITF+, Network+, and Security+, he is studying Cybersecurity at Purdue University. At Nexyo he leads operations and security: keeping the platform stable, the data protected, and the business running so users can focus on growth.
